Can be with no equipment or equipment. Equipment used can be pilates based like reformer, springboard, arc or generic equipment such as therabands, tubing, stability balls, weights etc.

However, Athletic Therapy and Kinesiology fall under movement sessions and may be covered by your extended health plan.
